OVERVIEW
Location: 1562 Island Ave, McKees Rocks, PA 15136
Hourly Pay: Pay based on experience at completion of interview and tasting
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in high volume restaurants
- Responsible for overseeing daily operation of restaurant’s kitchen including staff, food and safety
- Responsible for supervising kitchen staff, scheduling shifts, evaluation and disciplining employees
- Ensuring food is prepared and served according to restaurant standards, while complying food storage and preparation with health and safety regulations
- Ordering kitchen supplies and materials, conducting weekly inventory audits, and maintaining adequate inventory levels
- Working with corporate chef to create menu items, pricing and portion
- Ensuring customers are satisfied with quality and timeliness of food
- Must have strong leadership skills, culinary knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Open availability including nights and weekends
- Prior experience in high volume restaurants
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
